Information about our Business Clients
As a Netupdate customer, you are generally in the business of originating,
processing or servicing home loans. We maintain contact information about the
businesses we serve, such as name, address, phone number, and email address
for notification purposes for the services you have enrolled in. Certain
services may also require that businesses maintain credit card information
with us for recurring billing purposes. Business contact information may be
used for marketing additional Netupdate products and services.
Information from our Clients' Customers
Our software helps businesses facilitate and administer loan transactions.
This service requires the sharing of non-public personal information of
borrowers as required to successfully process a loan. This includes such
information as name, address, phone number, social security number, employment
history, asset and liability information, income, and credit history.
Netupdate considers itself a custodian of this private consumer information
and uses it only as directed by you for the sole purpose of servicing the
loan transaction.
