Management Team

The Netupdate Management Team comprises a strong blend of technology, marketing, and sales professionals. Together they bring solid mortgage industry experience and a holistic view of our business. Founded in 1998, the company is composed of seasoned employees from the e-commerce, mortgage, and communications industries.

Diane Holmstrom, CMT, CEO

Diane's professional history represents over 17 years of driving revenue and increasing market share by planning and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Ten of those years are recorded with INTERLINQ Software*, a technology company serving the mortgage industry. Diane initiated, directed and facilitated the growth and expansion of the sales team and distribution channels that successfully captured 24% market share on the company's behalf. Since November of 2002, she has provided Netupdate, Inc. with swift assessments, analysis and development of solutions and strategies for achieving excellence in the delivery of a web based point of sale system also supporting the mortgage lending industry.

In October 2005 Diane was awarded a Certified Mortgage Technologist (CMT) designation by the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Kim Myles, Director of Sales

Over the last 13 years, Kim has successfully led sales initiatives for mortgage industry software leaders such as INTERLINQ Software* and Fiserv Lending Solutions. In addition, she has more than a decade of broad-based experience in the mortgage industry including VP of Operations for NCNB Mortgage in Charlotte, NC (now Bank of America). Prior to joining Netupdate, Kim hired, trained, and directed the sales team as National Sales Manager for SwiftView Inc.'s SwiftSend LoanDocs secure web-based document delivery solution.

Barbara Hawkyard, Director of Professional Services

Barbara has spent the last 20 years working in the mortgage industry in a variety of roles. She has been involved in all facets of the lending industry from loan origination to loan servicing, always with a foot in the technology arena. From 1998 to 2004 Barbara worked with BECU, an industry leading credit union, to help develop and implement online mortgage technologies.

* INTERLINQ Software was acquired in October 2002 by Harland Financial Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of the Atlanta, GA based John H. Harland Company.

Kent L. Johnson - Alexander Hutton Venture Partners

Kent Johnson is a founder and managing director of Alexander Hutton Venture Partners. Prior to his tenure as an operating executive, Kent was a CPA and management consultant with Arthur Andersen LP. Kent has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from Seattle University, where he chairs the Advisory Board of the Business School's Entrepreneurship Center.

Jerry Keppler - Alexander Hutton Venture Partners

Jerry Keppler is a managing director of AHVP. Jerry was a founding partner of the Seattle-based accounting firm Clothier & Head. He has assumed finance roles with emerging growth companies in food products, manufacturing, retail and medical services. Jerry is a CPA and has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.
